  • Complete accounting service including, rent collections, bank statement reconciliation, financial statements, pay-ment of mortgage, taxes, insurance, maintenance service logs and other monthly expenses. Also included is the tracking of resident occupancies and property vacancies. The fee for this service is 10% of the gross scheduled rent with a $150.00 minimum.
  • 24-7 maintenance staff. Cincy Rents will handle all maintenance calls, schedule the work, coordinate subcon-tractors, purchasing of all materials needed to properly maintain the property and provide detailed reports on completed work. The fee for this service is $85.00 per hour for each maintenance technician that performs re-quired maintenance service for the property.
  • The professional leasing staff will handle the marketing and advertising of the vacant unit / property, take all phone calls and email pertaining to the listing, schedule the showings, complete the background check, and co-ordinate the lease signing and move in schedule. The fee for this service is one month's rent.

Exclusive Leasing Service

Cincy Rents exclusive leasing service is perfect for property owners who want to make their Cincinnati area home or apartment building available for rent. This service provides the property owner with a third party to handle the leasing of a vacant unit or piece of property.

  • Cincy Rents will do all the marketing and advertising of the vacant property.
  • Cincy Rents will handle all incoming inquiries about the property, schedule the showings, perform the showings and answer any questions the potential residents may have.
  • A complete background check will be performed for each potential resident over the age of 18 who is planning on living in the residence. The check includes credit, criminal check, employment verification, rental history, ter-rorist check, and sex offender check.
  • Cincy Rents will coordinate all the lease signing, the move in paperwork, and the move in schedule on behalf of the owner.

The fee for this professional leasing service is equal to one month's rent with a minimum charge of $500.00

Website Advertising Service

This service will provide the property owner with a 90-day display ad for the property on the Cincy Rents website.
